We want you to have an amazing vacation while helping us maintain this beautiful space for future guests. Please review these house rules carefully - they're designed to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing stay. Occupancy & Age Requirements Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests maximum (7 with prior approval only) Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay ID Verification: Valid photo ID required at check-in No unauthorized guests: Only registered guests are permitted in the condo Check-In & Check-Out Check-In Time: 3:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Early/Late Requests: Please contact us in advance - we'll accommodate when possible (subject to availability) Check-Out Checklist: Please see our simple departure instructions for a smooth checkout Parking One (1) parking space included - additional vehicles are not permitted Parking pass/decal (if applicable): Details provided in welcome message Overflow parking: Contact property management if additional parking is needed No RVs or trailers permitted Quiet Hours & Noise Policy Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM daily Please be mindful of neighbors in the building and on surrounding balconies Keep music, TV, and conversations at respectful volumes, especially on the balcony Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund Strictly Prohibited No Smoking Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or any substance) anywhere on the property - inside or outside $500 smoking violation fee plus deep cleaning costs No Pets This is a pet-free property - no animals of any kind permitted $500 pet violation fee plus deep cleaning costs and any damage repair No Parties or Events No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund Caring for Our Home Cleanliness Standards Please treat our home as you would your own Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining Use coasters on wood surfaces No food or drinks on furniture (except dining areas) Dispose of trash regularly in provided bins Do not leave dishes in the sink - please load the dishwasher or wash as you go Damage Prevention Remove shoes before walking on carpets or light-colored surfaces when returning from the beach Shake out sand before bringing beach items inside Do not move or rearrange furniture Use only provided beach towels for beach/pool - never use bath towels outside Report any damage or issues immediately - we understand accidents happen! Do not hang anything on walls or use tape/adhesive Close and lock all windows and doors when leaving and at night Kitchen & Appliances Clean up after cooking - wipe counters and stovetop Do not use abrasive cleaners on surfaces Report any appliance malfunctions immediately - do not attempt repairs Pool & Beach Access Pool Hours: Follow posted condo association hours Pool Rules: Adhere to all posted pool area rules (no glass, supervise children, etc.) Beach Access: Cross the street safely - beach is public access Beach Gear: Use provided items respectfully and return to condo after use You are responsible for lost or damaged beach equipment Trash & Recycling Please use trash chute or designated disposal areas Do not leave trash bags in hallways or on balconies Follow condo association recycling guidelines Take trash out before checkout Respect for the Building & Neighbors This is a family-friendly condo community - please be respectful No running or loud activities in hallways Supervise children at all times in common areas Follow all posted condo association rules Be courteous when using elevators (if applicable) WiFi & Amenities WiFi password provided in welcome information Use streaming services respectfully (no illegal downloads) Report any connectivity issues promptly Security & Safety Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property Do not prop open exterior doors Report any suspicious activity to property management immediately Familiarize yourself with fire exits and emergency procedures Do not disable smoke detectors or security devices Important Reminders ✓ Excessive cleaning needed: Additional cleaning fees apply ✓ Damage: You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear ✓ Missing items: Replacement cost will be charged ✓ Rule violations: May result in immediate eviction without refund and forfeiture of security deposit Your Responsibility By booking this property, you agree to: Follow all house rules and condo association regulations Leave the property in the same condition you found it Be respectful to neighbors and the surrounding community Take full responsibility for the conduct of all guests in your party Questions or Issues?
